Bambusa Oldhamii

One of the more popular and larger of the tropical clumpers. I was given a small division of this species and have been growing quite a few from culm cuttings. I planted the division in my backyard in Jacksonville, FL, however, it appears to have not made it. Luckily for me I have several dozen new plants that were created using vegetative propagation and I have since planted one of these in the yard too. Several will be planted at my growing location to facilitate future stock material for propagation and of course to add to the collection there.
