Excellent hedge bamboo with green striped yellow culms that grow tight and erect. Very cold hardy. Propagates well using whole culm burial.


The pictures above show new growth from an Alphonse Karr propagation performed using whole culm burial. Can't recall when the culm was buried but this growth appeared in October 2004. Updated pics soon...
