Dendrocalamus minor ameonus

Dendrocalamus minor ameonus is an eye catching tropical clumping bamboo with pale green culms and large, tropical looking leaves. New culms are covered in a whitish powder adding an even more exotic look. Culms will grow to a height of 35 feet and 3 inches in diamter. Upon closer look one will find thin, light colored stripes irregularily placed on the culms. One of the smallest but most cold hardy of the Dendracalumus, withstanding temps in the lower 20's.
