Phyllostachys Nigra "Henon"

I purchased a small division in September 2003 from a vendor on eBay. Not much happened with it in 2004. Hoping for more growth from this one in 2006.

Spring 2004 pics. The right picture shows a tiny new shoot, the only real sizable shoot it produced.

Spring 2006 pic. Doesn't look much different than 1 year ago. It is in full sun so I was contemplating digging it up and moving it to some shade, though I think that my be cause more of a setback than anything else.
