Dwarf Orinoco Banana

The Dwarf Orinoco banana is essentially the shorter version of the Orinoco, growing o a height of 6 to 8 feet. Fruit produced is usually used in cooking, but can be eaten raw like any other banana when it is very ripe. Said to be the most popular landscape banana in Florida, often planted around pools and jungle scapes. However, this one has struggled for us in full sun, and of the 3 plants we had only one remians. Cold hardy to Zone 7.
