Referred to as the Slender Lady palm, very simliar in all respects to R. excelsa, but with thinner canes and more segments in the leaves. Also reported to be very finicky of hard water, which will cause leaf tip browning. It is also said all palms of this variety are male, so division is the only way to attain new plants. this palm can be readily found in most garden centers.
