A cultivated hybrid from Riverside, California. This palm develops a massive trunk 24 inches thick that grows rapidly to a height of 40 ft. The crown is topped with a gorgeous display of 5 to 6 foot wide blue-green arching fan leaves, making this one much more elegant in the landscape. Mature palms are extremely cold and drought hardy.
